Postage stamps inchies

Postage stamps is the chosen theme at Inchy by Inch. 

It was great fun making these! The last inchy is a bit Christmasy, but I've decided to add it to the set anyway. By the way, the background is the rest of the stamp I used for the "Climb the highest mountain" inchy (I love making art with scraps), but the carol singers are actually from a British stamp.

Birds - Inchy by Inch

Fairies - Small world of inchies

Fairies is the theme at Small World of Inchies.  I'm not sure, but I think the picture I used to make the inchies is from http://graphicsfairy.blogspot.com/ (I downloaded it some time ago.)

(I uploaded two photos because neither the glitter in the inchie of the baby fairy nor the embossing effect of the white background paper were visible enough.) 

Hearts - Small World of Inchies

This week's theme at Small World of Inchies is "hearts". I had some scrap paper with golden hearts I had stamped to use in another project and colourful advertising leaflets from Lidl supermarket on my desk begging to be used, so I ended up with hearts wrapped in shopping bags and ready to be taken home. ;-)

Bird inchies

I made some of these for Joanne's inchie swap whose theme was birds. As usual, it was great fun making the inchies. Nevertheless, it was hard to decide which ones to send...When I put them together they looked so good that I immediately thought of framing them, which meant that I had to do some extra similar inchies for the swap.

Fashion inchies - Theme Thursday

I wanted to make an ATC on fashion for Think Monday Think ATC a few weeks ago, but I was too busy at the time, so instead I made two fashion inchies for Theme Thursday whose challenge was moos or inchies.

Spring inchies

I sent some of these spring inchies off to Joanne's spring swap a long while ago, but I ended up forgetting to post a "family picture".

The roaring 20s - inching artists

Here are my inchies for the current inching artists theme - the roaring20s.

The inchie on the left is made of wrapping paper and transparent beads (meant to symbolize diamonds). The one in the middle consists of an overlapped stamp and wrapping paper cuttings and the one on the right is a magazine cutting with tule and beads.

Love inchies

I guess I got a bit carried away... I was supposed to make nine inchies but I ended up making 24! :-) I obviously have some favourite ones, but making a choice won't be easy when time comes to mail 8 for the inchie swap... I suppose it would be easier to send 16 instead of 8. ;-)
